Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day after the contract was concluded for services, or on the day after you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or via this form.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
