Torben Ising
Bahnhofstr. 10

Germany

2. General information on data processing
Protecting your personal data matters to us. We process your data only on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act, the German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act (TTDSG) and the German Telemedia Act). Access to information stored on your device (for example cookies) and the processing of personal data via such technologies are governed by the TTDSG, in particular § 25 TTDSG.
3. Access data when you visit the website
When you open our website, the web server automatically records information that your browser sends (for example IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and the browser type). This data is used only to keep the website running reliably and to improve our offer. It is deleted after seven days at the latest, unless a statutory retention duty applies.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing a working website).
4. Contact form
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we store the details you enter (name, email, optional phone number, subject and message) in order to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions, and we send them by email to .
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox in the contact form. You can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future by sending us an email.
The data is deleted once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected, usually after your enquiry has been completed and at the latest after six months, unless statutory retention duties apply.
5. Newsletter
You can subscribe to an email newsletter on our website. Subscription requires your explicit consent (opt-in) and is confirmed by double opt-in: after you enter your name and email address we send you an email with a confirmation link. Your address is stored for the newsletter only after you click that link.
We process your name, email address, the time of subscription or confirmation and the status of your consent. The data is stored on the server and is not publicly available.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, for example via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by a message to .
After a withdrawal or unsubscribe we delete or block your address for further mailings, unless statutory retention duties apply.
6. Online withdrawal form
At ising.online/widerruf.php consumers can exercise their statutory right of withdrawal online. We process the details you enter (name, email, address, description of the contract or service, order date, optional date of receipt and the date of withdrawal) in order to handle and document your withdrawal.
The data is forwarded by email to and stored by us insofar as this is necessary to process the withdrawal.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract or performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR (legal obligations connected with the right of withdrawal). Processing via the form is additionally based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox.
The data is stored for the statutory retention periods and then deleted, unless it is still needed to handle the withdrawal or to meet legal duties.
7. Cookies and consent
On your first visit a notice about cookies and privacy appears. Your choice is stored in the cookie
ising_consent for 365 days (for example f1t0 means Google Fonts yes, visitor
log no). Older values accepted and declined are still recognised.
You can decide separately:
- Google Fonts: consistent typefaces from Google servers (USA).
- Visitor log: detailed server-side storage of IP address, approximate location, referrer and browser (user agent).
Save selection: enables only the optional purposes you tick.
Accept all: enables both optional purposes.
Necessary only: no optional services; the website stays usable with system fonts.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and § 25 (1) TTDSG for storage on or access
to your device that is not strictly necessary. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookies
link in the footer, or by deleting the ising_consent cookie and reloading the page.
8. Visitor counter
The visitor counter at the bottom of the page counts each visit once per browser session, even if you decline optional cookies. No detailed personal record is created for that counter.
With consent to the visitor log we additionally store a detailed entry with IP address, date and time, origin (referrer and approximate location or country derived from the IP address) and browser (user agent) on the server in a protected data file that is not publicly available.
These detailed records are deleted automatically after 90 days at the latest, unless a statutory retention duty applies.
Legal basis for the counter: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a simple usage statistic). Legal basis for the detailed data: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent to the visitor log).
9. External services
Google Fonts
After your separate consent to Google Fonts, this website loads typefaces from Google (Google LLC, USA) so that the design stays consistent. Your browser then requests the fonts directly from Google servers, and your IP address may be transmitted to Google.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and § 25 (1) TTDSG. Further information is in the Google privacy policy.
A direct link to WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc., USA) is provided as an additional way to contact us. If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave our website and are forwarded to WhatsApp or wa.me. Data (for example your IP address, device information and, if you use the service, your phone number) may be transmitted to Meta. Further processing is the responsibility of Meta/WhatsApp.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a simple additional contact option), insofar as you actively click the link. Further information is in the WhatsApp privacy policy.
10. Remote support
At ising.online/fernwartung.php we offer a remote-support tool for download (Windows and Linux) so that we can help you with technical problems on your computer. The tool is based on RustDesk (RustDesk Ltd.). For Apple Mac we use Microsoft Teams instead (screen sharing in a meeting).
Downloading the page: when you open the remote-support page and download the file, the general access data in section 3 (web server log) applies.
Using the remote-support tool: if you start the program and allow a connection, the following data in particular may be processed:
- a session ID and a one-time password used to establish the connection,
- technical connection data (for example IP address and device information),
- during the active session: screen content, mouse and keyboard input, and clipboard contents insofar as you use them for troubleshooting.
The connection is established only when you start the program and confirm remote support. We do not permanently record or store screen transmissions; processing is limited to the support session.
To establish the connection, RustDesk may use public relay servers. Data may then be processed in third countries (for example outside the EU) insofar as this is necessary for the technical operation of the service.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract or performance of our IT services) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient technical support), insofar as you actively request remote support or start the tool and allow the connection.
You can end remote support at any time by closing the program or disconnecting. You can also reach us by phone, email or the contact form. Further information about RustDesk is in the RustDesk privacy policy. Remote support via Microsoft Teams is covered by the Microsoft privacy statement.
11. Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data.
12. Data security
We use technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorised persons. Personal data is transmitted encrypted via HTTPS where the hosting supports it.
13. Updates
This privacy policy is currently valid (as of 10/2026). Further development of the website or changes in legal or official requirements may make it necessary to update this privacy policy.
