Remote support

If something does not work, we help you by remote support. On Windows and Linux you download the tool – for Mac we use Microsoft Teams.

Best to call us first

Call us while you start the tool or open Teams. We can then connect straight away and you do not need to change any settings.

How it works

Windows / Linux: download the tool Choose the matching version below. Mac users skip this step.
Start the program or open Teams Windows: start the file directly. Linux: install the .deb once. Mac: start Microsoft Teams – we send you an invitation by phone.
Read the ID out on the phone On Windows/Linux: tell us the ID and one-time password from the window. On Mac: join the Teams meeting and share your screen when we ask.
Confirm the connection Confirm once with “Allow” – done.

We no longer offer a Mac download. Call us – we invite you to a Teams meeting and guide you through screen sharing. Microsoft Teams is free and usually already installed, or available at microsoft.com/teams.

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?: On Windows you start the file directly. On Linux you install the .deb package once. Mac users only need Microsoft Teams – best to call us first.
I have a Mac – what do I do?: Call us. We send you a Teams invitation and help you share your screen. No extra tool is needed.
Do you keep my data permanently?: No. The connection ends as soon as you close the program, stop screen sharing or end the session.
What about my firewall?: The tool and Teams use outgoing connections. A manual exception is usually not required.
Does this also work in the office?: In most cases yes. On tightly locked networks an exception may be needed – call us.
